Minimum Stay

All in season weekends are 2 night minimum stay.  All holidays are 3 night minimum stay.

Smoking

All of our properties are NO SMOKING, smoking is allowed outside only.

Pet Policy

Some properties allow pets and there is a nonrefundable pet fee. Starting at $30 for one small pet and going up from there depending on the size of the dog. The pet must be crated if left alone in the property. The pet owner assumes all responsibility if the pet damages any property.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for the property during the rental period. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest account. We expect the property to be returned to the condition on arrival. When you check out, dishes must be washed and put away and trash must be bagged. All of our properties are NO SMOKING, smoking is allowed outside only. Charges may be assessed for any of the above.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the reservation. Upon canceling you forfeit the deposit. If canceling 2 weeks prior to reservation additional charges may occur.
No refunds for inclement weather or early departure.
